THE WORK:

• The BIM Manager oversees and leads the implementation and management of BIM processes and technology, throughout the project's lifecycle, while also leading and mentoring BIM professionals.
• Oversees the creation, maintenance, and quality control of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Facilitates communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Manages the implementation and integration of BIM technologies and software, ensuring seamless workflows.
• Implements and supervises quality assurance processes for BIM models and deliverables.
• Creates training materials and conducting training sessions for BIM software users.
• Oversees the development and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), defining the organization's specific BIM requirements and procedures.
• Manages the flow and storage of project data within a Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Complete supply chain assessments. Supporting and auditing the project team and flagging non-compliances.
• Producing monthly reports for senior managers, to identify and measure BIM implementation.

· Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

· Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.

· Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

· Onsite at delivery center: You will be onsite at our delivery center for the majority of your work hours.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• BS or MS Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, computer science or related field.
• Hands on experience with BIM modeling in construction, with at least 3 years in a senior role. multidiscipline design teams.
• Working knowledge of BIM, Autocad, ACC, Procure or similar
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools (P6, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Experience with Design-Build and/or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects.
• Resident Engineer or field start-up services experience.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong Self-Motivation, leadership, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and aptitude for building strong professional relationships.

· Problem solving skills and the ability to multitask and shift priorities when needed.
