•Prepare detailed analysis of manufacturing & operations processes, including site visit, client interviews, current flow validation and development of automated flow charts detailing process steps, hand offs and decision points

•Develop MES/MOM strategies following clients’ needs

•Design and support the implementation & deployment of MES/MOM and automation solutions for manufacturing clients across industries

•Lead requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing and commissioning of MES/MOM systems (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, SAP DM or DELMIA Apriso)

•Provide technical on-site solution support to clients, answering complex questions on function and usage of product

•Serve as primary support liaison between company and clients, conveying client feedback to solution development, including the integration between MES/MOM and ERP, SCADA, PLCs and other shop-floor systems

•Provide support in defining system architecture, data flow and automation logic between IT and OT layers

•Maintain a high level of enterprise competence, coordinate development and assignments, including identifying, capturing and sharing MES/MOM expertise

•Contribute to MES/MOM documentation, training materials and user acceptance testing

•Stay updated on emerging technologies in MES/MOM, smart manufacturing, edge computing and AI in operations

•Support practice development activities

•Support sales activities and bids

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering discipline; electrical, mechatronics, mechanical, industrial or production engineering

•Minimum 7 years relevant MES/MOM design & implementation, preferably with consultancy and hands-on experience (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, DELMIA Apriso, etc.)

•Good understanding of automation, SCADA and PLC systems

•Strong industry knowledge in either continuous or discrete manufacturing

•Experience in the system integration between MES-ERP-OT systems, preferably together with APS and WMS (e.g., OPC, MQTT, API or middleware)

•Experience in creating process for workload automation, mainframe reports and reconciliation, including troubleshooting and analyzing workload automation processes

•Experience in IoT Manufacturing, Manufacturing Excellence and Digital Workforce

•Familiarity with digital twin, predictive maintenance or data analytics for manufacturing

•Exposure to robotics integration or industrial automation networks (Profinet, Modbus, etc.).

•Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma principles or shop-floor optimization methodologies

•Experience in Design Thinking and Agile approaches with ability to ensure the project success on time and within budget

•Ability to work with shop floor people at client sites

•Strong skills in developing and presenting clear and concise solution briefings

•Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills with both Thai and English required

•Good interpersonal and organizational skills
