Key Responsibilities :

1.) Lead & develops commercially ready products. Explore & research new raw materials and process technology to apply in innovation products and ensure regulatory compliance.

2.) Design experimental & process for scaling-up in production to meet product specification and fit with manufacturing facilities/capabilities. Including the first production monitoring.

3.) Support cross functional teams, identify root cause and provide solutions.

4.) Works with cross functional team, demonstrate and communicates effectively

5.) Demonstrate best in class benchtop work.

6.) P prepare and support documents related to R&D work to other functions e.g. BOM, Specifications, Reports, etc.

7.) Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification :

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following fields:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.)
• Traditional Thai Medicine
• Applied Traditional Thai Medicine
• Other fields related to herbal products, medicinal plants, or herbal healthcare products

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Research & Development, Product Formulation, Product Development, or related functions within FMCG, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Food, or Consumer Products industries.

2. Strong knowledge of formulation development, ingredient functionality, product stability, and scale-up processes.

3. Experience in conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing results, and translating findings into commercially viable products.
4. Familiarity with product regulatory requirements, quality standards, and manufacturing processes.
5. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
6. Strong project management and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
8. Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, data management, and technical documentation.
10. Good command of English, both written and spoken.

11. Professional License

    Possess a valid and active professional license in one of the following categories:

    • Licensed Pharmacist (Professional License in Pharmacy)

    • Professional License in Thai Traditional Medicine (Thai Pharmacy)
    • Professional License in Applied Thai Traditional Medicine

12. Additional Qualifications

    • Knowledge of herbal products, traditional medicines, or healthcare products.

    • Experience in Research & Development (R&D), Regulatory Affairs, Product Registration, or Quality Management Systems (QMS) will be an advantage and will be given special consideration.
