Overview:

This role is to lead the agenda on THF Pack Price strategy, cooperate with GM, Finance, Mkt, TMK, Shopper Insights, KAM, and TT Head to ensure we have solid pack price architecture / foundation, able to dhive Savory share growth while continue delivering sustainable NRR and serving consumer occasion

Responsibilities:

• Overall Pack price strategy / architecture – providing analysis, propose plan, and governance supervision
• Implement corrective actions on pricing conflict between channels
• Competitor landscape – tracking key competitor pack price changes and advise on PI pack price opportunities
• Innovation pack price – providing recommendation
• Pack price evaluation – conducting analysis, proposing corrective actions if needed

Qualifications:

• > 5 years of working experience in Commercial related role in FMCG industry
• Master / Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Consumer occasion understanding
• Robust knowledge on channel margin requirements
• Value chain / P&L understanding
• Thailand savory market knowledge
• Strategic thinking
• Analytical skills
• Shopper & Consumer Insights understanding
• Hands-on in the field
• Good presentation / communication skills
