Key Responsibilities:

• Source and select food and beverage brands to enhance the company’s portfolio.
• Develop overall concept, zoning plans, and layout designs for new projects.
• Plan and manage project timelines to ensure on-time launches.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales kit presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with suppliers to create shop concepts, menus, and innovative products.
• Propose budgets and develop options for display concepts, utensils, and packaging to align with brand identity and cost targets.
• Oversee shop display standards for Gourmet Eats to ensure premium presentation and customer appeal.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in food development, F&B operations, or retail concept development.
• Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset with keen attention to food trends and consumer preferences.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Thai.
