• Proactively engage with potential clients to build strong new relationships and offer customized logistics solutions.
• Present Leschaco.
• company overview, products and service information, and our Value Propositions.
• Identify specific customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions that solve their logistics challenges.
• Provide commercial support during business implementations and trials for all products.
• Provide service requirements based on direct customer feedback to assist in vendor qualification and selection.
• Provide commercial feedback for pricing / rate negotiation with vendors.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through new business development and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular reporting to management.
• What we're looking for.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics or equivalent.
• 6-10 years of experience in field sales, business development, or customer management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new customer accounts.
• Solid experience in complex solution selling with a consultative approach, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Chinese language skills would be a strong advantage.
