At Leschaco Thailand, we are seeking a Field Sales Manager who is passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving business growth in the freight forwarding industry. What you'll be doing

• Proactively engage with potential clients to build strong new relationships and offer customized logistics solutions.

• Present Leschaco company overview, products and service information, and our Value Propositions

• Identify specific customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions that solve their logistics challenges

• Provide commercial support during business implementations and trials for all products

• Provide service requirements based on direct customer feedback to assist in vendor qualification and selection

• Provide commercial feedback for pricing / rate negotiation with vendors

• Achieve assigned sales targets through new business development and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular reporting to management.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or equivalent

• 6-10 years of experience in field sales, business development, or customer management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new customer accounts.

• Solid experience in complex solution selling with a consultative approach, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Fluency in English is required; Chinese language skills would be a strong advantage.
