Team Lead Digital Partnership

Act as a manager who ensured that team working follow the company direction and plan that the team commit follow setting timeline to building high quality and modern digital user experiences (e.g. website features and functionality) that both meet business needs and solve customer problems.
- Monitoring and control team to collaborate with global product team to develop shared platforms and processes that accelerate digital adoption within the region.
- Analyze and improve productivity align with a direction of company strategy.
- Report team performance to management level
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of professionals across account management, marketing, analytics, sales operations, and enablement.
- Support and finding a solution for team to collaborate with country resources to define and deploy digital solutions that support strategic initiatives. Initiatives include digital marketing efforts through integration within a partnerâs online assets as well as pure direct-to-consumer approaches.
- Review and checking project e.g. websites, mobile apps and other digital assets after launching
- Manage and inspire external partners in the development and optimization of initiatives.
- Support team to manage partner expectation in day-to-day task, including reports, presentation and other task related to account management
- Evaluate successful global capabilities and their potential as case studies for local adoption.
- Understand and comprehend local Chubb system to be able to deal with new tech implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- Proven experience in digital project management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and external partnerships.
- Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
