• Prepare Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, Process Flows, Test Scripts, and other system documentation in accordance with IT development standards.
• Coordinate with the development team (ABAP) and relevant departments on system design, development, testing (SIT/UAT), issue resolution, and go-live support.
• Create user manuals and conduct training for End Users and Key Users to ensure correct and efficient system usage.
• Provide incident support, handle Change Requests, support SAP S/4HANA projects to ensure completion according to plans and SLA and perform other assigned tasks.

• Oversee document quality, system change control, and compliance with the company's IT standards.
• Share knowledge and provide support to users or team members as assigned; the role does not involve direct supervision of subordinates.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA modules (MM/WM/SD) and knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
• Possess experience in at least one SAP implementation project, covering analysis, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Prior supervisory experience is not required; however, experience as a Functional Lead or Workstream Lead will be considered an advantage.
• SAP Certification in S/4HANA MM/WM/EWM or related courses (candidates with such certification/training will be given special consideration).
• Knowledge of SAP Activate, ITIL, or Project Management (if applicable).
• Proficient in using MS Office and tools for document preparation and data analysis.
• Understanding of Change Control, access rights, and IT compliance requirements.
• Good English proficiency; able to read SAP documentation and communicate effectively regarding work tasks.
