About the Role:

This junior-to-mid level role offers an exciting opportunity to blend project management expertise with policy development, focusing on environmental compliance and global sustainability trends.

As a coordinator and sustainability champion, you will:

• Monitor and update environmental laws, regulations, and global sustainability trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Raise awareness among employees, business partners, and customers about sustainability and responsible environmental practices.
• Work closely with a dedicated team and other departments, establishing yourself as the resident expert and trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies, materiality assessment review with stakeholders aligned with company goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability considerations into daily operations.

Monitor and evaluate progress toward sustainability goals through data analysis and reporting.

Prepare sustainability reports, documentation for SET ESG ratings and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Lead efforts to create ESG awareness across the organization through awareness campaigns including developing educational materials and hosting training sessions.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and occasions, building partnerships and exchanging knowledge.

Stay informed about environmental, social, governance, and economic (ESG) regulations, ensuring organizational compliance with local, national, and international sustainability standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master's degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, corporate sustainability, or a related field.

Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change.

Proven track record of successful project management in a complex environment.

Expertise in ESG policy development and implementation within an organizational context.

Experience in creating organizational ESG awareness and representing a company in public and private sectors.

Excellent analytical and data visualization skills.

Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Collaborative and team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
