• มีทักษะด้านการตลาดและการวิเคราะห์เชิงกลยุทธ์.
• มีความรอบรู้ในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการต่าง ๆ ของธนาคาร.
• มีทักษะด้านการเจรจาต่อรอง และการนาเสนอ.
• สามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการปฏิบัติงานได้.
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารหนี้ NPL.
