• Research technology trend and develop technical requirement to match business's needs.
• Write and approve technical specification as well as acceptance criteria.
• Assess vendors' proposal. Identify Pros and Cons.
• Gather requirement from both internal and external customer. Create High Level Design and plan for capacity expansion. Summarize the scope and cost estimation.
• Finalize BOQ and proceed purchasing in parallel with shipment plan.
• Lead across-function with authority on Core Transport DWDM/ASON vendor & supplier performance management (including their projects) and governance of Managed Service Providers and business partners.
• Set priorities and allocate resources across projects regarding Core Transportation DWDM/ASON budget planning and management.
• Expert on contract and procurement in technical part.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a Related Field.
• 8 years in Transmission planning, 5 years in Project implementation and management.
• Advanced transmission technology.
• Basic Mobile 5G knowledge.
• Basic Broadband FTTx knowledge.
• Good command on both English and Thai.
• True Tower 1 (Ratchadaphisek Road).
