• Provides daily support to end users and resolves eHelpdesk tickets.

• Completes computer setup, operating system, clients software update, security patching and follows up on audit issues.

• Minimum 5 years of retail operation experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team management role, leading teams of many people.
