• Audio Project Manager., you'll communicate with clients and oversee every phase of audio projects, from conception to final delivery. Leading teams in voice-over recording, audio editing, sound design, mixing, and quality control, you'll ensure that projects meet rigorous standards and client expectations. Your duties will include directing voiceover sessions in multiple languages, refining audio files to industry benchmarks, and fine-tuning elements for optimal sound quality. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be key, as well as providing technical leadership in equipment upkeep and issue resolution. This role demands strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a fervent dedication to delivering outstanding audio experiences across diverse multimedia projects.
• Lead audio projects from inception to delivery, managing timelines and budgets while actively participating in voiceover recording, audio editing, sound design, mixing, and quality control. Collaborate closely with team members across all departments to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage and actively participate in the recording process for voiceover artists in multiple languages. Provide clear direction and hands-on guidance to achieve recordings that align with client specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee and engage in the enhancement of audio files to meet industry standards and project requirements. Address noise reduction, equalization, compression, and other processing aspects.
• Facilitate the mixing and balancing of audio elements to ensure clear and consistent sound quality in multimedia projects. Adjust levels, panning, and spatialization hands-on for optimal results.
• Participate in the development and manipulation of sound effects, Foley, and background music to enhance the audio experience of multimedia content.
• Implement rigorous checks to ensure error-free audio assets that meet project requirements. Address revisions and adjustments hands-on and promptly.
• Foster strong collaboration with clients, audio project team members, external partners, and other stakeholders. Ensure effective communication to address issues and provide solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise and support in the maintenance and troubleshooting of audio equipment and software. Ensure the studio's operational status through regular checks and maintenance.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in audio-related fields, demonstrating a proven track record of successful hands-on project leadership and collaboration.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in music, audio engineering, project management, or related fields.
• Possess a good command of English.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise in sound engineering and audio recording basics, including microphone setup, DAW, signal flow, and acoustics.
• Proficient in IT systems, Audio DAW software, and hardware. Hands-on experience with tools such as Nuendo, Pro Tools, iZotope RX, Sound Forge, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exhibit strong hands-on team collaboration skills, working effectively with external and internal teams.
• Maintain a positive attitude and a hands-on drive for success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
