• Identify opportunities for energy optimization and mechanical system improvements, while maintaining accurate maintenance records and technical reports.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in mechanical operations, facilities maintenance, or critical environment support, ideally within data centers, industrial sites, or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical infrastructure systems such as HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and related building services equipment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues, support incident response, and contribute to root cause analysis in operational environments.
• Experience planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities, with strong awareness of safety, compliance, and operational standards.
• Able to coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide shift activities, coordinate vendors and contractors, and support safe, reliable mechanical operations.
• Detail-oriented and technically grounded, with the ability to maintain accurate records, produce clear reports, and identify opportunities for system and energy performance improvements.
