• As a HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be a member of the Digital Competency Group (DCG) Team working on client activities to manage HCM/SuccessFactors Solutions. You perform analyses of HCM/SuccessFactors business requirements, develops solutions, configures, integrates and participates in all stages of the implementation.
• Translate client business to technical business requirements.
• Facilitate business process discussions, and participate in solution design, documentation, configuration, test, and end user support.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for processes, policies and procedures through statistical analysis. Continually look for ways to drive SAP best practice processes and procedures.
• Work as a liaison and subject matter expert between technical teams and business owners for quarterly system updates, root cause analysis, and solution recommendations.
• Analyze business cases to measure adherence to standardized practices and data governance standards.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sucessfactors, HRIS or cloud related HR tools implementation.
• Associate Certification will be beneficial.
• In-depth knowledge of HCM/SuccessFactors.
• Good business knowledge of various HR and Talent management processes.
• Basic understanding of change management.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Experience with data migration and data management activities in HCM/SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work in a global environment and work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work both independently and with others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly-changing virtual team-oriented environment.

• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to ensure stable operations.
• Strong experience as an SAP Basis Lead supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition or SAP ECC to S/4 transitions.
• Proven experience in system administration, transport management, and performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, system landscapes, and database administration (e.g., HANA).
• Experience managing system upgrades, patches, and release cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead teams in complex delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Qualifications.
• Experience with SAP RISE or comparable cloud transformation programs.
• Familiarity with SAP security, Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity/access management.
• Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM or other monitoring/automation tools.
• Knowledge of infrastructure platforms (cloud or hybrid environments).
• Certification in SAP Basis or related technical domains.

• Provide SAP Support in ME/MM Module. Focus on Master Data, Purchasing Process and Authorization.
• Resolve overall issue include performing analysis, recommend solution to resolve issues within the SAP ME/MM module.
• Work closely with end users to troubleshoot SAP ME/MM related issues, as well as to enhance existing SAP ME/MM functionality at the direction of the SAP ME/MM Functional Team Lead.
• Develop and maintain the configuration and functional design documents of SAP ME/MM module and support role-based profile changes, as required.
• Create documentations suitable for internal system control and end users which include functional and technical specification, Business Process Procedures, Quick Reference Guides and Training.
• Conducting Unit and System testing of SAP ME/MM functional enhancements and development objects.
• Assist in testing process to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation, or user's lack of experience.
• Understanding of integration and relationship between SAP ME/MM Module and Other modules, especially as FI, RT.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Functional Lead.
• At Least 3 years of experience as an SAP ME/MM functional supported.
• Participation in all phases of at least 1 full-lifecycle SAP implementation.
• Expertise in SAP ME/MM modules.
• Prior experience with S/4HANA.
• SAP Certification in relevant ME/MM area an added advantage.
• Fast learner and self-starter.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills.
• Service oriented, collaborative approach to internal customer and peer relationships.
