• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within construction or MEP projects.
• Proven experience in large-scale projects, preferably data centers, mission-critical facilities, or industrial developments.
• Strong expertise in data center cooling systems (e.g., chillers, CRAH/CRAC, cooling towers, chilled water distribution).
• Good understanding of HVAC design, installation practices, and system integration.
• Experience in site supervision, QA/QC processes, and contractor coordination.
• Familiarity with testing and commissioning processes for mechanical systems.
• Experience working in fast-track, high-specification projects with strict quality standards.
• Knowledge of local Thai regulations and codes is an advantage.
