• Leverage automation and data visualization where applicable.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fields.
• 5 - 8 years experience in PMO / TMO / Program Management roles.
• Experience supporting large IT or business transformation programs.
• Banking / financial services experience strongly preferred.
• Core banking replacement or major platform transformation exposure is an advantage.
• Strong analysis and structured reporting.
• Stakeholder coordination and communication.
• Dependency and risk tracking.
• Presentation and executive support materials.
