• The UN Women Independent Evaluation Service (IES) of the Independent Evaluation and Audit and Investigation Services (IEAIS) serves as the custodian of the evaluation function in UN Women, in line with United Nations Evaluation Group (UNEG) Norms and Standards. IES evaluates the work of UN women to enhance organizational accountability, provide evidence-based information for decision-making and to contribute to learning on gender equality and the empowerment of women. IES posts Regional Evaluation Specialists in the Regional Offices of UN Women with a key task to lead independent evaluations and to support country office personnel with the management of decentralized evaluations. UN Women hires external consultants to conduct evaluations as evaluation Team Leader, thematic expert or evaluation analysts.

• Regional Evaluation Research consultants to support evaluation team leaders in the conduct of evaluations. The consultants directly supervised by the Regional Evaluation Specialist for Asia and the Pacific who is based in the Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific in Bangkok, Thailand. The Regional Evaluation Specialist reports to the Chief of Independent Evaluation Service at UN Women headquarters. The consultants will be contracted on a retainer basis based on their availability (and in line with UN Women s Consultant Contract Policy). The contract duration will be from 1 August 2026-31 July 2029 for up to a total of 400 working days for the contract period.
• Description of Responsibilities /Scope of Work.
• As assigned by the Regional Evaluation Specialist, the Regional Evaluation Research Consultant will be expected to support the overall implementation of regional and country portfolio evaluations. The consultant will also support decentralized evaluations as assigned. The work of the consultant will be home-based and they will need to connect with the team during Asia and the Pacific working hours via online platforms.
• Systematizing and reviewing all relevant documents (i.e. Strategic notes, project documents, donor and/or other monitoring reports, evaluation and audit reports, etc.) to identify efforts relevant to the evaluation topic.
• Providing support to the portfolio analysis to provide an overview of the different efforts undertaken by the CO/RO for the thematic area.
• Support the management and logistics of the evaluation..
• Support the Human rights-based stakeholder analysis from a thematic perspective.
• Contribute to the development of an inclusive Evaluation methodology which is tailored to relevant inquiry in the thematic area (including through the evaluation matrix, data collection tools etc).
• Support interviews and consultations by taking detailed notes and ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines.
• Contribute to evaluation analysis by capturing results, challenges, gaps and learning pertinent to the evaluation topic.

• Deliverables for the Regional Evaluation Research Consultant include the following: inception presentation, inception report, data collection tools, data collection notes shared with the RES, analytical products, presentations and final synthesis reports and annexes for evaluations. The consultants must abide by the UNEG Ethical Guidelines and related code of conduct. All deliverables must be high quality and in line with the GERAAS criteria established by UN Women. The consultant shall adhere to UNEG guidance on the responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI), ensuring that any AI tools used in the evaluation are applied ethically, with full transparency, appropriate human oversight, protection of sensitive data, active mitigation of bias, and explicit documentation of AI-supported processes in all deliverables. The consultant must assure independence from any organization/office/unit/programmes that have been involved in designing, executing, or advising any aspect of the intervention that is the subject of the evaluation. They must also ensure that any outside work will not interfere or pose conflict of interest and submit relevant documentation to UN Women ethics office.

• IV. Required Qualifications.
• Master s degree in a field of relevance for the evaluation (i.e. Social Sciences, Gender Equality, Evaluation, international affairs).
• A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
• At least 2 years of work experience contributing to gender-responsive evaluation or experience in gender analysis and human-rights based approaches or research.
• Prior experience using tools such as NVIVO/Dedoose or other similar data analysis software for systematizing and analyzing large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data.
• Prior experience using evaluation approaches and methods including experience in gender equality and human rights responsive evaluation (e.g. participatory and inclusive approaches).
• Experience working with the United Nations or a similar international organization context is an asset.
• Experience in the Asia and the Pacific region is an asset.

• We are looking for a highly proficient Cyber Security Consultant who has the professional knowledge and skill to drive and enhance our security solutions in any field at MFEC Cyber Security Operation Center (CSOC) for our large enterprise customers.

• Who are we looking for?.
• 1-3 Years or experience in Cyber Security field.
• Great awareness of Cyber Security trends and new technology update.
• Strong knowledge and experience with various IT security such as Incident Handler, Forensic Examiner, Forensic Analyst is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge in Security Product (Firewall/VPN, IPS/IDS), Security Platform, Endpoint Solution, and Network Security solution.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skill, planning and organizing skill and customer oriented.
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
• Security Profession Certification is a plus.
• Knowledge in AI and the ability to use AI-related tools and technologies.
• MFEC OKR:- As MFEC People, you will be a part of our talent team. Besides your main responsibilities, you do have special projects as part of OKR. However, the percentages will be different according to the positions and teams.

• Set up strategic roadmap of ICF Supply Chain digital transformations.
• Drive digital transformations across IndoChina BU Supply Chain, e.g. Agronomy, Manufacturing, LD&T, P&P.
• Deliver key global automation initiatives and digital project deployments.
• Collaborate with Digital Execution Supervisor and other functions, e.g.Region Digital & OT leads, IT, R&D, Finance, internal Supply Chain to deploy/ leverage new digitized technology.
• Deploy OT/IT infrastructure and cyber security programs from Region and Global to ICF plants including new Green Field.
• Collaborate with Digital Execution Supervisor and other functions, e.g. IT/OT, Finance, Control team, Internal Supply Chain functions to establish/ deploy new or upgraded OT system.
• Provide technical support in digitalization and OT/IT infrastructure & Cyber security.
• Lead digitized capability build up throughout end-end Supply Chain organization. Responsibilities:Set up strategic roadmap of ICF Supply Chain digital transformations. Work with internal Supply Chain teams and IT to understand pain points and opportunities to improve efficiencies.
• Bring in new digitized technologies which available in the market to the organization.
• Generate/ update 3-5 year strategic roadmap to drive the digital transformations.
• Drive digital transformations across IndoChina BU Supply Chain, e.g. Agronomy, Manufacturing, LD&T, P&P: Lead digital/ automation tool development in order to improve efficiencies and drive productivity, e.g. real time performance dashboard, predictive maintenance, Warehouse automation, etc.
• Work closely with Region/ Global teams to leverage digitized capabilities for new digitalization projects, e.g. introducing new digital technologies/ initiatives, providing trainings on digital projects.
• Identify opportunities and initiate projects for existing control systems and/or expansion of process management systems to improve efficiencies, accuracy, and reliability.
• Be a change manager/coordinator with all system integrators and 3rd party.
• Leverage key global automation initiatives and digital project deployments, e.g. MES, IDF, WMS, DVC, etc. Strengthen Global standardization and its roadmap.
• Collaborate with other Digital Execution Supervisor and other functions, e.g. IT, R&D, Finance, internal Supply Chain to levery/ deploy new digitized technology.
• Collaborate with Region/ Global teams, Digital Execution Supervisor and other functions, e.g. IT/OT, Finance, Control team, Internal Supply Chain functions to establish/ implement new or upgraded OT system.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting in digitalization for both existing system and newly implemented system.
• Lead digitized capability build up throughout end-end Supply Chain organization, e.g. introducing new digital technologies/ initiatives, providing trainings on digital agenda.
• Take responsible for any other assignments that company assign. Qualifications:Bachelor of Engineering/ Information Science or related field. Postgraduate is preferable.
• More than 5 years experience in digitalization transformation/ implementation.
• Strong IT Network system which include TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLAN, ASA, WLC, RSA, VPN, Cloud.
• Excellent in Compute & EUC technology, windows server, Citrix, VM Ware, HA, DB, SQL, EPR, SAP, Oracle, SSL,.Net.
• Fundamental knowledge of PLC, HMI and Automation systems through qualifications and/or experience. Good project management skill as a team lead, member, consultant in cross functional environment.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to influence/ drive across all levels of stakeholders in the organizations.
• Understand cultural diversity to provide sensitivity and flexibility in responding and manage multicultural teams/ stakeholders.
• Good strategic and analytic thinking.
• Good communication in Thai and English.
• Good knowledge and experience in Lean/ Six Sigma methodology.
• Be able to travel (domestic and international).
