• Support HR Strategy team on various assignments and projects, including HR strategy, organization, workforce, rewards and other management priorities..
• Gather information, understand the issue and analyze both quantitative and qualitative information to support the work.
• Able to work with numbers and check data accuracy. Analysis should be based on facts and reasonable assumptions.
• Identify key issues, look for relationships between information and connect the dots to understand the overall picture.
• Support development of options and recommendations for management consideration.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations with clear structure and storyline, and summarize complex information into key messages that are easy to understand.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to support analysis and recommendations.
• Use available tools, including AI where appropriate, to support research, analysis and day-to-day work.
• Work on different topics depending on team priorities and be comfortable taking on assignments that may be new or unfamiliar.
• Work closely with team members and other HR functions. Able to take direction and advice from manager and develop the work further.
• Take ownership of assigned work and follow through until completion.
• Be open to feedback, willing to learn and continuously improve the quality of work.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or related fields.
• Around 6-7 years of working experience in HR, strategy, consulting, business analysis, project management or related areas..
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with both numbers and qualitative information.
• Good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Able to organize information, build a logical storyline and prepare management presentations.
• Able to understand both the big picture and important details of the assigned topic.
• Able to learn new topics quickly and apply what has been learned to the work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and comfortable working across different assignments in an agile working environment.
• Open-minded and willing to learn.
