• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Strategy, Management Consulting, Executive Assistant, or a combination of these areas.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
• Strong understanding of business operations, commercial models, and business development principles.
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to understand financial, commercial, and operational implications.
• Previous experience supporting C-level executives, CEOs, Managing Directors, or high senior management is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in project planning, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
