• กำหนดและบริหาร IT Roadmap ระยะ 5 ปี เพื่อวางทิศทางการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้สนับสนุนการเติบโตของธุรกิจ.
• จัดทำ Community of Practice และช่องทาง Knowledge Management เพื่อ Update เทคโนโลยีให้กับบุคลากรในทีมอย่างต่อเนื่อง.
• ศึกษาและประเมินเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตและ Supply Chain.
• ด้าน Management & Strategy.
• เสนอและกำหนด IT Framework เพื่อให้กระบวนการทำงานของฝ่าย IT มีมาตรฐานและรูปแบบที่ชัดเจน.
• ร่วมกำหนดกลยุทธ์และวางแผนงานประจำปีของฝ่าย IT ร่วมกับผู้บริหาร.
• บริหาร Software Licenses และวางแผน Capacity Management รองรับการขยายตัวของผู้ใช้งาน.
• กำหนดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงข้อมูล (Access Control) ตามโครงสร้างองค์กรและนโยบาย Security.
• ด้านการพัฒนาทีมงาน.
• วาง Training Roadmap และถ่ายทอดความรู้เพื่อเพิ่มทักษะและ Productivity ของทีม Developer.
• บริหารและรักษาบุคลากรในทีม พร้อมติดตาม Turnover เพื่อวางแผนสร้างความผูกพันและความก้าวหน้าในสายอาชีพ.
• ปริญญาโท สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ บริหารธุรกิจ (MIS) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในการบริหารโครงการพัฒนาระบบและนำทีม Developer.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน SAP ERP, CRM, Workflow Automation, Cloud Technology และ Digital Transformation.
• มีประสบการณ์บริหารจัดซื้อจัดจ้างโครงการ IT มูลค่า 2-5 ล้านบาท.
• มีความรู้ด้านอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตและ Supply Chain.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน System Integration และการทำงานร่วมกับที่ปรึกษาและ Vendor.
• มีทักษะด้าน Project Management และสามารถนำ Framework มาปรับใช้ได้จริง.
• มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเชิงระบบและเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.
• มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถสื่อสาร ประสานงาน และนำทีมให้ทำงานร่วมกันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล.
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (อ่าน เขียน พูด).
• มีความสามารถในการปรับตัวและผลักดันองค์กรให้รับเทคโนโลยีใหม่ได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม.
