• Knowledge of Cloud platform, AWS, or OpenShift, DevSecOps/DevOps is a plus.
• Strong experience in performing root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis with developers and testers.
• Strong experience in identifying and tracking defects with clear steps to reproduce.
• Strong experience of initiating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and resolving errors and technical integration issues.
• Strong experience in tracking issues and reporting to stakeholders.
