• Experience in Technical Operation support service and Network infrastructure
• Support Network change configuration/troubleshooting under Services
• Create WP/actionable deliverables for the core change management plans and complete change management assessments

• Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, including hardwarea and software problems.

• In-depth understanding of Routing and Switching and communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP), routing protocols
• Hands-on Technical experience(Troubleshooting/Change configuration) with Cisco L3 switch and Cisco Wireless Controller, Next-Generation Firewall Palo-Alto, Fortinet,Aruba 7010 Wireless Controllers/ClearPass, Aruba Central One
• Technical experience with Load Balance/Fortigate, Proxy and Velocloud/Viptela SD WAN will be advantage
• Experience in supporting AWS cloud operations would be an added advantage.

• Experience with ISO 27001 compliance, IT security frameworks, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Windows/Linux servers, VMware/Hyper-V.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Microsoft Azure, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are a plus.
