- AI Expertise: Stay current with latest AI technologies and apply appropriate advancements into the team s practices.
- Bachelor s, Master s, or PhD in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least seven years direct experience in AI or machine learning development, ideally in a business environment.
- Proven record designing, deploying, and supporting AI solutions for commercial clients.
- Experience managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams. Consulting experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strong software development skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or R.
- E xperience with Azure cloud and AI services (e.g., Azure AI services, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric), as well as familiarity with other cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of data engineering principles, tools, and big data technologies, with experience building data pipelines on Azure and awareness of alternative options.
- Knowledge of natural language processing and computer vision techniques is a plus.
- Experience in multi-agent systems and collaborative AI is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or team management experience.
- Highly adaptable, with a continuous learning mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
