• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการซ่อมบำรุงและดูแลรักษาเครื่องจักรกลอย่างน้อย 1 ปี จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษหากเคยทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมเหมืองแร่.
• มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการวินิจฉัยและแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรกล รวมถึงมีความสามารถในการอ่านและเข้าใจเอกสารทางเทคนิค.
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบไฮดรอลิก ระบบขับเคลื่อน และระบบไฟฟ้าของเครื่องจักรกล.
• ทำงานเป็นทีมและมีความยืดหยุ่นสูง เพื่อสอดคล้องกับธรรมชาติในธุรกิจของลูกค้าและทีมงาน.
