• สนับสนุน Project Manager ในการบริหารและควบคุมงานระบบอาคาร (Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection และระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง) รวมถึงงานโครงสร้างและสถาปัตยกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ.

• จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการ และประสานงานกับ Project Manager และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง.
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์งานระบบอาคาร อาคารเชิงพาณิชย์ หรือโรงแรม อย่างน้อย 10-15 ปี.
• มีความเข้าใจระบบ MEP และงานปรับปรุงระบบอาคารเดิม (As-built / Retrofit).
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่ายได้ดี.
• มีประสบการณ์โครงการ Renovation / Retrofit จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
