• Diploma or Bachelor s degree with related experience in insurance or surveyor.
• Prior experience in motor claims assessment, vehicle repair, or insurance is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of motor vehicle construction, repair methods, and insurance processes.
• Analytical and investigative skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
