- Support merchandising and promotional operations by coordinating promoter staff (PGs), including work schedules, leave records, payroll, timesheet consolidation, and airport pass applications.
- Manage product sample inventory and coordinate sample dispatch to clients in alignment with marketing and commercial plans.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Order Center, Marketing, Distilleries, Finance & Accounting) and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales and operational activities.
- Facilitate expense reimbursement documentation for the sales team during business travel.
