• Role Objective.
• Lead the design, automation, and operation of scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure platforms while driving DevOps best practices and reliability across the organization. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise combined with leadership capability.
• Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering (Hands-on).
• Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, Hybrid).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Manage and optimize Linux and Windows servers (Cloud and On-Prem).
• Design high-availability, scalable, and secure architectures.
• Implement backup, DR, and BCP solutions with clear RTO and RPO.
• DevOps & Automation.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and configuration management.
• Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Support zero-downtime deployments and rollback strategies.
• Promote GitOps and automation-first practices.

• Improve system reliability following SRE principles.
