• ตรวจสอบและติดตามงานรื้อถอน งานปรับปรุง และงานเพิ่มเติมในอาคารเดิม (Renovation / Retrofit).
• ตรวจสอบแบบ Shop Drawing, วัสดุ และงานติดตั้งของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามแบบและมาตรฐาน.
• ประสานงานระหว่างงานระบบ MEP, งานโครงสร้าง และงานตกแต่งภายใน เพื่อให้งานดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น.
• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานระบบ และสนับสนุนการทดสอบ ตรวจรับ และส่งมอบระบบอาคาร (Testing & Commissioning).
• จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการ และประสานงานกับ Project Manager และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง.
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์งานระบบอาคาร อาคารเชิงพาณิชย์ หรือโรงแรม อย่างน้อย 10-15 ปี.
• มีความเข้าใจระบบ MEP และงานปรับปรุงระบบอาคารเดิม (As-built / Retrofit).
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่ายได้ดี.
• มีประสบการณ์โครงการ Renovation / Retrofit จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
