Engineer Staff (New Model)

Location: Banwa Factory, Thailand

Job Description:

• Act as a window person between the Engineering team and the manufacturing department to receive new model information from the HQ Design Section.

• Plan the new model schedule and coordinate with the Production Control (PC) and Material Control (MC) departments.

• Perform and share updates on the preparation status of new models with related departments.

• Monitor and follow up on new model progress from the Sample stage to Mass Production (MP).

• Participate in design reviews with the HMT Design Section.

• Summarize new model results (IFCR) and provide feedback on issues to the HMT Design Section.

• Follow up on new model results until all issues are closed.

• Order and set up jigs and equipment to support new model production.

• Monitor and improve the First Pass Yield (FPY) ratio during Mass Production (MP)."

Qualifications:

• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

• Field of Study: Engineering

• Major: Electronics or Electrical Engineering

• Experience: Experience as a New Product Engineer is an advantage (optional)

• English Skills: Fair command of English

• TOEIC Score: Not specified
