- Complete end-to-end sheet processes when necessary, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Ensure the accuracy of insurance premiums and upload proof of payments as needed.
- Track and follow up on policy renewals to ensure they are completed on time.
- Collaborate closely with partners to identify and resolve any issues or challenges they encounter.
- Follow up on unpaid premiums, escalating unresolved cases to the Relationship Manager when necessary.
- Summarize and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including key metrics and performance insights, for internal review and decision-making.
