- Lead requirement gathering for credit card products, operations, and regulatory initiatives.
- Analyze end-to-end credit card business processes including issuing, authorization, billing, and dispute.
- Translate business, risk, and compliance requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Perform impact analysis for system changes, new card features, and scheme mandates.
- Design end-to-end system solutions integrating with card platforms and external networks.
- Define workflows, data models, message formats, and interface specifications.
