• The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Department or team to provide analysis and reporting on digital projects / campaigns and placements, website traffic, social media impression and others. You should keep an eye on data that shows changing trends in advertising consumption. • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Digital Marketing โดยตรงอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
• มีทักษะในการวางแผนและบริหารจัดการแคมเปญโฆษณา (Ads Optimization) บนแพลตฟอร์ม Meta (Facebook/IG), Google และ TikTok ได้ด้วยตนเอง
• มีความเข้าใจในด้าน Content Algorithm, Engagement และการทำ Short Video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) ตั้งแต่การคิด Hook จนถึงการวัดผล
• มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการ KOL / Influencer Marketing (การคัดเลือก, ประสานงาน และสรุปผล)
• สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เช่น Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics และ Ads Manager ของแต่ละแพลตฟอร์มได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความสามารถในการทำ Proposal และ Presentation ที่สวยงามและชัดเจน โดยใช้ Canva, Google Slides หรือ PowerPoint และ AI Tools
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ตรงต่อเวลา และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง มีคุณสมบัติพิเศษ (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน TikTok Ads หรือ TikTok Shop จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ (ระดับสื่อสารเบื้องต้นขึ้นไป)
• มี Portfolio หรือ Case Study ที่แสดงผลลัพธ์ของแคมเปญที่เคยบริหารจัดการจริง.
