• Develop and execute corporate communication plans that support business strategy and stakeholder priorities.
• Create clear, timely content for internal and external audiences, including speeches, news releases, executive communications, and social media.
• Advise leaders on messaging, media engagement and reputation issues, and coordinate media responses when needed.
• Manage relationships with agency partners, media and external stakeholders to amplify our messages.
• Monitor media and stakeholder sentiment, and use insights to refine communication approaches.
• Support employee engagement programs and internal campaigns that strengthen culture and inclusion.
• Why You?
• Location and workstyle: This role is based in Thailand and is offered as a hybrid role with a mix of office and remote work. We welcome candidates who are based in Thailand and able to travel locally as needed.
• Basic Qualification
• We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:Bachelor s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or media relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
• Experience developing communications for senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage media inquiries and handle reputation issues.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams.
• Preferred Qualification
• If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals or a related regulated industry.
• Familiarity with digital and social media strategy for corporate audiences.
• Proven experience managing agency relationships and external partners.
• Experience in employee engagement or internal communication programs.
• Ability to use media monitoring and analytics tools to inform strategy.
• Experience working within regional or global communications teams.
