• EDUCATION.
• Bachelor or Master in business law will be advantage.
• EXPERIENCE.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in legal practice or corporate compliance. Strong ability in contract drafting, negotiation, and providing legal opinions on complex matters. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to advise senior management effectively.
• OTHER REQUIREMENTS.
• Fluent in Thai and English both verbal and written.
• Having ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly ability to think spontaneously.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
