• The API Support Engineer will provide operational and technical support for Krungsri API and all related components. • Escalate issues related to software defects to the software development team, working closely with product managers and engineers to ensure smooth problem investigation.

• Identify the impact to business and IT and able to propose the proper solution.
• Act as Release Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute deployments to production environments.

• Bachelor s degree/Master s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of working experience in Application Support field.
• Solid understanding of operating systems, networks, and SQL.
• Experience in Java application support, including JVM troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis for production issues, would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with shell scripting for automation and operational support would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge about RESTful API, HTTP protocol, OAuth and JSON are preferred.
• Experienced in API test tools such as Postman.
