• AIRR Labs is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment while also driving employer branding through our TikTok channel. This role is a blend of strong recruitment fundamentals and creative content ownership managing candidate pipelines at speed, while building AIRR's presence with prospective talent through trend-driven social content and university engagement.

• Keep candidate records and pipeline status up to date in the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting at every stage of the process.
• Own AIRR's TikTok channel end-to-end for employer branding plan a consistent content calendar, ideate, film, and edit trend-driven, catchy videos, and track engagement and follower growth to keep raising AIRR's visibility with prospective talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities organizing recruitment booths, career fair appearances, and campus talks, and exploring internship or ambassador programs to strengthen AIRR's talent pipeline and long-term employer brand on campus.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand headcount needs, keep a healthy candidate pipeline, and share market insight on talent availability and trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in recruitment, ideally from startup, marketplace/platform, or corporate environment.
• Experience in university campus recruitment (career fairs, knowledge sharing) or Management Trainee (MT) recruitment program is a plus.
• Good command of English. Able to screen candidates' fluency when required and communicate confidently with the Regional Team.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with strong multitasking skills to manage multiple open roles at once.
• Independent, proactive, and a clear, articulate communicator.
