• With oversight from the Local Community Lead, support the development and execution regional influencer strategies for VALORANT-related projects within Riot's portfolio that ladder into and support Global opportunities and outcomes.

• Serve as your market's VALORANT influencer representative in cross-functional team syncs, ensuring consistency across Riot Product, Dev, Esports, and Publishing.
• Report campaign performance, using data to evaluate strategy effectiveness and recommend optimizations when needed.
• 3+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, including direct collaboration with creators.
• Deep understanding of creator needs and challenges throughout their content journey.
• Strong familiarity with creators, and leading influencer campaigns in Thailand.
• Proven ability to work with Influencer agencies and vendors.
• Proven experience managing and collaborating from kickoff through execution.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing best practices across major social platforms.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Established network of influencers, including experience working with creators, streamers, and talent agencies.
• Familiarity with gaming culture and player communities.
• Experience developing strategies to localize campaigns for targeted audience.
