• ควบคุมบันทึกข้อมูลการรับ จัดเก็บ (Receive) สินค้าสำเร็จรูป, ภาชนะหมุนเวียน ในระบบ ERP ให้ถูกต้องตามเอกสาร และระบบบัญชี พร้อมทั้งควบคุมคุณภาพสินค้าด้านกายภาพให้มีความสมบูรณ์ รวมถึงการจัดเก็บตรงตาม Storage Location ที่กำหนด ทั้งด้านระบบบัญชีและระบบคุณภาพ ที่มีการชี้บ่งที่ชัดเจน พร้อมทั้งกำหนดพื้นที่จัดเตรียมสินค้าก่อนส่งมอบและจุดรับสินค้าของรถขนส่ง โดยมีการตรวจสอบสภาพรถขนส่งให้มีความพร้อมสำหรับการบรรทุกสินค้า ทั้งในด้านความสะอาด ความปลอดภัย และผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม.
• ควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังให้มีความถูกต้องตามระบบบัญชี ทั้งด้านรายการ, จำนวน, วันที่การผลิต, ...
• ควบคุมการจ่ายสินค้า (Shipment): ควบคุมการจองเอกสารในระบบบริหารคลังสินค้า ERP, การ Picking, การ Loading, การ Confirm ให้มีความถูกต้องตรงตามใบสั่งซื้อและแผนขนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในเวลาที่กำหนด.
• ควบคุมกำลังพลให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงาน ตามสถานการณ์ได้อย่างดี อีกทั้งการปฏิบัติตามกฏระเบียบบริษัทฯ ของทีมงานอย่างเคร่งครัด พร้อมทั้งจัดหาอุปกรณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเพียงพอต่อการผลิต ตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ โดยมีพื้นที่การจัดเก็บที่สะอาด เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยถูกต้องตามระบบ GHP มีการชี้บ่งอย่างชัดเจน สถานที่ทำงานปลอดภัย มีการกำหนดเป้าหมาย แนวทางในการดำเนินงานชัดเจน ทั้งในด้านการวางแผน กิจกรรม และตรวจชี้วัด ที่ท้าทายและสามารถปฏิบัติได้ตามแผนที่กำหนด.
• ประสานงานหน่วยงานภายใน ในการปฏิบัติงานการรับ การจัดเก็บและการเบิกจ่ายสินค้าวัตถุดิบ บรรจุภัณฑ์ วัสดุสิ้นเปลือง ภาชนะหมุนเวียน และสินค้าสำเร็จรูป กับแผนกวางแผนสินค้าคงคลัง วางแผนการผลิต แผนกประกันคุณภาพ แผนกคลังสินค้าโรงงาน และแผนกบัญชี.
• ประสานงานหน่วยงานภายนอก เพื่อติดต่องานทางด้านเอกสารกำกับการขนส่ง ในการส่งมอบสินค้า พร้อมทั้งติดตามการรับสินค้าในระบบให้ตรงกับของจริง.
• กำหนดแผนการพัฒนาของทีมงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมทั้งแนะนำและกระตุ้นการทำงานของทีมงานให้เห็นความสำคัญในการทำงาน ในด้านปริมาณ คุณภาพ เวลา ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยตระหนักถึงผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน อีกทั้งมีการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของแผนกอย่างตรงไปตรงมา เที่ยงตรง ยุติธรรม ในเวลาที่กำหนด มีตัวชี้วัดที่ชัดเจนและเห็นผลได้.
• ควบคุม กำกับ ดูแล ให้พนักงานในแผนก ปฏิบัติตามข้อบังคับ คู่มือ และกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัยอย่างเคร่งครัด.
• รายงาน วิเคราะห์งานในแผนก เพื่อค้นหาความเสี่ยงหรืออันตรายเบื้องต้นโดยอาจร่วมดำเนินการ กับเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน, คณะกรรมการความปลอดภัย (คปอ.) หรือ ฝ่ายความปลอดภัยฯ.
• แนะนำ เสนอแนะ สอนวิธีการปฏิบัติงานที่ถูกต้องให้กับพนักงานในแผนก เพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน.
• ตรวจสอบสภาพการทำงาน เครื่องจักร เครื่องมือ และอุปกรณ์ให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ปลอดภัยก่อนลงมือ ปฏิบัติงานเป็นประจำวันทุกวัน ในกรณีที่หัวหน้างานทราบถึงข้อบกพร่อง หรือการชำรุดสียหาย ซึ่งอาจทำให้พนักงานได้รับอันตรายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย จิตใจ หรือสุขอนามัย ต้องดำเนินการป้องกันอันตรายนั้นภายในขอบเขตที่รับผิดชอบ หรือที่ได้รับมอบหมายทันทีที่ทราบ กรณีไม่อาจดำเนินการได้ ให้แจ้งผู้บริหารเพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไขโดยไม่ชักช้า.
• ควบคุม กำกับ ดูแล การใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล (PPE) ของพนักงานในแผนก.
• รายงานการประสบอันตราย การเจ็บป่วย หรือการเกิดเหตุเดือดร้อนรำคาญอันเนื่องจากการทำงานของพนักงานต่อผู้บริหาร และแจ้งต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน หรือ ฝ่ายความปลอดภัยฯ ทันทีที่เกิดเหตุ.
• ตรวจสอบหาสาเหตุการประสบอันตราย การเจ็บป่วย หรือการเกิดเหตุเดือดร้อนรำคาญอันเนื่องจากการทำงานของพนักงานร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน และรายงานผล รวมทั้งเสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาต่อผู้บริหาร เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดเหตุโดยไม่ชักช้า.
• ประสานงานส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน.

• การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป.

• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านคลังสินค้าและการจัดส่ง ระยะวเลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี.
