• 4+ years of Application/System Support experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and SLA-driven support operations.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix, including log analysis and system troubleshooting.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and application-to-system dependencies.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases) and monitoring tools.
• Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive actions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ITIL-based service management skills.
• Preferred Skills and Experience.
• Experience supporting ERP/enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Infor, Unit4, etc.).
• Familiarity with application modernization tools and initiatives (e.g., CAST).
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM and DevSecOps environments.
• Understanding of application architecture, middleware, integrations, and databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with application deployments, releases, and change management.
• Ability to support risk assessment, mitigation planning, and remediation activities.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
