• As Wafer Test Process Engineer you will be responsible to Develop/Transfer for Wafer Test process.
• Drive relevant Wafer Test Process Engineering KPIs for yield and quality indices to contribute to performance.
• Responsible to setup effective indicator, data reporting, monitoring and driving improvement in the area of responsibility.
• Accountable for 8D closure of deviation management system including customer feedback.

• Proven ability to manage external/outsourced personnel; experience handling a team of 5+ on-site is preferred.
