- Serve as the Manufacturing QA technical lead for assigned products or production areas.
- Monitor manufacturing quality performance, including defects, yield loss, scrap, rework, process capability, and quality escapes.
- Ensure production processes comply with control plans, work instructions, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Review manufacturing and traceability records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Experience in optical, photonic, semiconductor, electronics, or high-technology manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of 8D, RCA, CAPA, PFMEA, control plans, SPC, MSA, DOE, and statistical analysis.
- Experience managing manufacturing nonconformance, audits, process validation, NPI, and engineering changes.

- The Inspection Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing engineering inspection activities for international projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, applicable standards, and Bureau Veritas procedures.
- Coordinate engineering inspection activities for projects worldwide, covering various industrial sectors.
- Liaise with clients, inspectors, project managers, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of inspection assignments.
