การทำงานที่Helpster ถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ใหม่ๆที่ดีเลย ทุกคนจะได้รับมอบหมายงานของตัวเองคนละ 1 โปรเจค เมื่อได้ทำงาน ตอนแรกจะให้เราทำแบบลองผิดลองถูกด้วยตัวเอง แต่ถ้าไม่ได้จริงๆจะคอยมีพี่มาดูแลและให้คำปรึกษาเพื่อพัฒนางานนั้นๆ ทั้งยังได้เรียนรู้สกิลใหม่ๆที่ไม่เคยได้ทำมาก่อน ได้ลงพื้นที่ดูงานต่างๆ และลงมือทำด้วยตนเอง ทำให้ได้เรียนรู้หลายๆอย่างจากการปฎิบัติงานโดยตรง บรรยากาศการทำงานที่นี่ทุกคนเป็นกันเอง สงสัยอะไรก็ถามได้เสมอ จะมีพี่ๆคอยช่วยเหลืออยู่เสมอ
