หัวหน้าแผนกบุคคล (HR Supervisor)ประจำสาขาเกาะพะงัน
ลักษณะงาน
ดูแลงานงาน HRM ภายในสาขา เช่น
- งานสรรหาว่าจ้าง
- งานด้านสวัสดิการของพนักงานในสาขา
- งาน Time attendance , จัดทำเงินเดือนพนักงานในสาขา
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบมหายให้มีการช่วยเหลือ เช่น สนับสนุนการทำงานของทีม operation หน้าร้าน เป็นต้น
คุณสมบัติ
- จบปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์งาน HRM อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ขึ้นไป ในงานสรรหา,งานสวัสดิการ,งานเงินเดือน ด้านใดด้านหนึ่งหรือครบทุกด้าน
- หากเคยผ่านงาน HR ใน Retail Business ขอพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ไม่ติดปัญหาการทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์
