Position Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders and employees, with a focus on end-to-end HR management, recruitment, and HR budgeting. About 60% of the role will focus on HR business partnering and people-related responsibilities, while 40% will cover general administration and office management. The HRBP will play a key role in driving organizational efficiency, talent attraction, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management System (PMS)

·        Develop, implement, and manage the Performance Management System.

·        Conduct performance appraisals and ensure alignment with company goals.

·        Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.

Labour Law and Compliance

·        Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

·        Manage employee relations and address legal issues.

·        Liaise with legal advisors to stay updated on labour law changes.

Payroll Management

·        Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

·        Manage payroll-related queries and discrepancies.

·        Maintain payroll records and compliance with financial regulations.

Administration

·        Manage office administration functions including facilities management.

·        Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

·        Ensure efficient office operations and maintenance.

Recruitment and Staffing

·        Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

·        Develop and implement recruitment strategies.

·        Manage talent acquisition and retention programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on PMS, labour law, payroll, administration, and recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Thai labour laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
