Experience in the company

AIP lets me join every meeting and show my opinions to things. My colleagues treat me as an equal and with respect. They let me try my own way to finish any tasks and offer me help when needed. the environment in the workplace is very good for those who want to improve their communication skill because everyone in the office keeps talking,updating and discussing about work and other things all the day. More than just work experiences, AIP gives me a lot of social skills.They offer me to join many activities such as networking events, group work out, training trips etc.
