Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist on setting up monitoring and reporting systems/procedures that ensure fast and effective management
• Assist on developing up-to-date Flagging System to appropriately categorize threats and their importance
• Assist on tracking and identifying potential threats via various channels, especially social media monitoring.
• Survey and gather information about the probability of risk occurring to the organization.
• Coordinate with different departments and partners to ensure speediness and effectiveness of responses.
• Write up holding statements and Q&A as required.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in journalism, public relations, communication or marketing.
• 3-5+ years issues or crisis communications experience
• Storytelling, messaging, and stakeholder relations experience
• Workable knowledge of social monitoring tools
• Strong analytical, summarizing, and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and constant deadlines
• Good command in English
• Agency experience is a plus
