Digital Performance Marketing Lead

Essential Roles

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategy to acquire new users, stimulate transactions and retain existing customers that align with business objective
  • Manage execution of digital marketing activations (Facebook, SEM, SEO, discovery GDN, YouTube, programmatic, affiliate marketing, own assets, and marketing automation tools) for e-commerce platform, including elastic search and discovery on-site media to stimulate conversion
  • Coordination and execution of the digital elements of the media plan, campaign structure and audience strategy
  • Create content strategy with dynamic approach on all touch point to plug in with customer journey to expedite full funnel marketing
  • Formulate CRM strategy and develop marketing automation and customer data platforms to mange complete customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention
  • Setup and optimize campaigns for omni-channel by designing & learning from experiments across owned marketing channels (SMS, EDM, In-app message, web-push, social media, etc.) and paid media to synchronize customer journey
  • Develop customer segmentation strategy with a 360-degree view of customer in order to appropriately approach personalized marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels
  • Development and tracking of digital performance marketing, media, CRM and ROI, subsequently leverage data turned to insights and action plan
  • Measure performance of digital marketing by using website analytics, SDK analytics, media platform reports, and CRM data to provide data-driven approach
  • Understanding of digital pixel to connect the dotted line and consolidate sufficient data for seamless customer journey tracking, audience collection and accurate event tracking
  • Seamlessly coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth and timely executions


Position Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years’ experience in Facebook and Google Ads are a must.
  • Previous agency or e-commerce experience is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Solid understanding of Google ads, Facebook business, Magento and Google Analytics
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
