• Identify and develop new category and product platform opportunities based on market trends, consumer insights, and BD priorities.
• Lead end-to-end concept development, including value proposition, product definition, and target use cases.
• Build and validate business cases, including sizing, pricing logic, and profitability assumptions.
• Drive RWW (Real-Win-Worth) evaluation, coordinating cross-functional inputs for go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate feasibility with R&D, Supply Chain, and suppliers, including inputs from raw material and sourcing teams.
• Lead pilot execution and incubation to validate product-market fit and business viability.
• Refine concepts based on market feedback, pilot results, and commercial learning.
• Prepare and execute handover to Marketing and Sales, including product, positioning, and key learnings for scaling.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in FMCG, Food, Beverage, or Pet Food industry.
• Proven track record in new product development (NPD), including product launch, pilot, or incubation projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product development, including formulation, packaging, and cost structure.
• Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Ability to translate consumer and market insights into product concepts and value propositions.
• Experience in prototype development, pilot production, and product validation processes.
• Strong capability in business case development, including pricing, margins, and product positioning.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Exposure to OEM/ODM environment and external manufacturing partners (strong advantage).
• Strong commercial acumen, hands-on and execution-driven mindset, with ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in Thai and English.
